News: Kotobukiya prevents Rage of Bahamut - Dark Angel Olivia Ani*Statue

This is quite an old news actually.. Anyway I was very amazed at the details and the colors of the figure, even though this is probably a prototype, but it is awesome! For those who do not play Rob of Bahamut
(RoB), this is one of the character found in the Card Battle Game, Rage of Bahamut or Shingeki in Bahamut.

A Kotobukiya Japanese import! The next franchise to be immortalized in Kotobukiya’s line of amazing Ani*Statues is Rage of Bahamut, the fantasy adventure online card battle game from Cygames. Featuring unique designs and characters, the game has reached worldwide popularity and is perfect for inspiring statues. The first character to become an Ani*Statue is the beautiful and imposing Dark Angel Olivia! This brand new presentation looks like the demon has leapt right off of her card, spreading her wings and holding her swords ready for battle as she floats over a complex crystal landscape. Olivia wears an incredibly detailed outfit consisting of a white blouse, black skirt, and long gloves and boots; nearly every inch of those is covered in intricate decorations from sculpted armor to a belt of jewels and much more. Meanwhile, the fiendish character regards you with a small smile while her eyes glow red beneath her stunning demon horns. Of course, beyond her beautiful figure Olivia is noteworthy for the fantastic wings sprouting from her back which progress from dark purple to yellow at the tips and feature individually sculpted feathers. Standing nearly 11 ½ inches (1/8 scale) on top of her unique crystal georama display base, Dark Angel Olivia was expertly sculpted by Koei Matsumoto and will be highly sought after by fans of the game as well as collectors of fine statues.

Initially I thought this was the final evolve form of Dark Angel Olivia in the game. But after comparing it against the card art found in ROB wiki, this is actually the first form of Olivia..

As you can see from the above two pictures, the one with longer hair (left) is the first form of Olivia. The right picture is the final evolved form of Olivia, with shorter hair and a translucent dragon-liked creature hanging over her shoulders. Being the second RoB character to be made into a figurine, I think it is looking better then the first character (Dark General) which I have posted here.
